I have over 15 years experience specialising in helping clients with anxiety and stress related problems and issues whether past trauma, relationships, work or socially. I primarily use Hypnotherapy as a tool to help you to release and process anything negative from the past while helping you uncover your own inner strength and confidence and guide you to live the life you rightly deserve today. Lets be honest, we invest money on clothes, hair, make up, beauty treatments, gym, personal trainers, self help books, homes, holidays and so many other things to feel better about ourselves and then sit and wonder why we feel so anxious and nervous or sad or stressed and upset when on the outside everything is good and sometimes even perfect. We neglect the one thing that can and will make us feel better which is our own mind! Let me help you process those old thoughts, unwanted patterns and self limiting beliefs you no longer need and focus on living the life you deserve today! I myself started training as a therapist after a therapy plan completely rid my anxiety and social phobia. I simply couldn't believe it was so simple and easy! I remember vividly saying twenty years ago that if I could help just one person rid their anxiety and deal with their stress and gain confidence and self belief then this is what I would dedicate my life to. I have now helped hundreds of clients worldwide move forward in life and process the things they no longer need, allowing them to feel free, gain new perspectives and the ability to just be themselves with confidence and a whole new way of thinking and feeling.
I have found Hypnotherapy combined with Psychotherapy and NLP to be extremely effective for fast and effective positive change and such a gentle relaxing way to find answers to problems and solutions to issues that you may have running on autopilot in the back of your mind. Usually people find me when they are at the end of their tether and have tried all kinds of ways to help themselves heal and move forward in life. I do this work as I believe absolutely in a persons own inner resources to heal themselves mentally, emotionally and physically. Hypnotherapy is an amazing relaxing way of processing the past and gaining new confidence, new perspectives and living life in the moment NOT in your head. We are pushed and pulled in all directions with the fast pace of life today, bills, work, mortgages, materialism, the want or need to be perfect and a whole load of other things we are being constantly bombarded with in the news, on tv and social media. So its no wonder we can become overwhelmed mentally, emotionally and physically.
